01Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked in advance through the website. Same-day appointments may be available - send a message to check. Clients under 18 require a parent or guardian present with signed consent.
The Fine Print
Studio policies
Clear expectations make a luxury experience possible. Please review before booking - booking an appointment confirms your agreement.
02Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied toward your service total. Custom grillz orders require a 50% deposit before production begins. Deposits confirm your commitment and reserve dedicated studio time for you.
03Late Policy
A 10-minute grace period applies to all appointments. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and the deposit forfeited, out of respect for the clients booked after you.
04Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit transfers to your new date. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. Emergencies happen - communicate with us and we'll always try to work with you.
05No-Show Policy
No-call, no-show appointments forfeit the full deposit and may require prepayment in full to book future appointments.
06Virtual Consultations
Custom grillz consultations are available via video call for non-local clients, including guided mail-in mold kit support. Virtual consultation bookings follow the same deposit and cancellation policies.
07Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and cash. Custom grillz balances must be paid in full before pickup or shipping.
08Cash Discount
A cash discount is available on select services - ask at booking. Discounts apply to the service balance, not the deposit.
09Shipping Policy
Completed grillz ship fully insured with tracking and signature confirmation. Mail-in mold kits include prepaid return shipping. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but every package is insured for full value.
10Studio Rules
By appointment only. Please arrive with a clean smile (brushed teeth). One guest maximum per appointment. No food or drink during services. We maintain strict dental-industry sanitation protocols for every client.
11Consent Forms
All services require a signed consent form before treatment, completed at booking or in studio. Tooth gems and whitening require confirmation of dental health history.
12Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used only to manage your appointments, orders, and communication with the studio. We never sell your information. Photos of your results are shared only with your permission.
13Terms of Service
Iced By Yana provides cosmetic services only and does not diagnose, treat, or provide dental medical care. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant dental history. Results vary by individual.
