Clear expectations make a luxury experience possible. Please review before booking - booking an appointment confirms your agreement.
All appointments must be booked in advance through the website. A non-refundable deposit is required to book any service and is applied toward your final balance. The exact studio address is provided in your confirmation email after a successful booking. Tooth gems are recommended for individuals 18+ unless parental consent is provided.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book services and applies toward your final balance. Deposits confirm your commitment and reserve dedicated studio time for you.
You may reschedule once using the same deposit when you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling later than 24 hours before your appointment requires a new deposit.
In-person appointments have a strict 15-minute grace period. Virtual consultations have a 5-minute grace period. Arriving beyond the grace period may require rescheduling.
Virtual and Zoom consultations require a $30 retainer and have a 5-minute grace period. Virtual consultations are available for non-local clients, including guided mail-in mold kit support.
Planning a secret grill or teeth-accessory reveal? The $30 Surprise Appointment Experience is a planning call where we help coordinate the details so the surprise goes exactly as you imagined.
We accept invoice, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash in person, in addition to online payment options. Custom grillz balances must be paid in full before pickup or shipping.
Customers paying their entire balance in cash, in person, receive 10% off. The discount applies to the balance, not the deposit.
Grillz normally require 3–4 weeks of working time after completed molds are received. Sets involving stones require approximately 5–6 weeks, which allows you to try on the metal before the stones are set. Grillz are removable, not permanent, and handcrafted specifically for your smile.
For out-of-state grill orders, we mail you a mold kit, schedule a video call to help you complete the mold, and you return it by USPS. Your finished custom grill is then shipped back to you. Local pickup is available by appointment.
Pop-ups and events are considered case by case, subject to approval and availability, and pricing varies. Send inquiries to icedbyyana@gmail.com.

Your personal information is used only to manage your appointments, orders, and communication with the studio. We never sell your information. Photos of your results are shared only with your permission.
