What happens next
1. Yana reviews it
Your time is held while she confirms the request personally, usually within 24 hours.
2. You confirm with a deposit
A non-refundable deposit link arrives by email. It is applied to your balance and secures the appointment. The exact studio address is included in your confirmation.
3. We design together
At your appointment we talk through the piece, take a mold if needed, and set the timeline.
