We use lead-free gems and dental-grade materials, and there is no drilling involved. Applied and cared for properly, tooth gems do not damage the enamel. When you are ready to remove a gem, it should be removed by a dentist.

Tooth gems can last anywhere from one month to several years. Longevity depends on the adhesive, placement, oral hygiene, your bite, and daily habits, so there is no guaranteed timeline.

Yes - after the first 24–48 hours. We recommend avoiding sticky or very hard foods directly on the gem, and skipping electric toothbrush pressure directly over it for the first two days.

Every set starts with a consultation and a precise dental impression (in-studio or via our mail-in mold kit). Your mold is used to hand-craft your grillz in your chosen metal and finish, followed by polishing, stone setting if selected, and a final quality inspection before pickup or insured shipping.

Grillz normally require 3–4 weeks of working time after completed molds are received. Sets involving stones take approximately 5–6 weeks, which allows you to try on the metal before the stones are set.

Sterling silver, 10K gold, 14K gold, white gold, and rose gold. Solid and open-face styles are available, plus stone setting. Every set is removable and handcrafted for your smile.

Yes. For out-of-state orders we mail you a mold kit, schedule a video call to help you complete the mold, and you return it to us by USPS. Once your grill is finished, it is shipped back to you.

We do not promise a specific number of shades. Results vary from person to person, and natural teeth have an individual stopping point - your session is about getting your smile to its brightest natural level.

Yes - a non-refundable deposit is required to book any service, and it is applied toward your final balance.

Yes, completed grillz can be shipped fully insured with tracking anywhere in the US. Local pickup from the studio is also available by appointment.

You may reschedule once using the same deposit when you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling later than that requires a new deposit.

Your grillz are removable. Clean them after each wear with a soft brush and gentle soap, store them safely, and avoid sleeping or eating with them in.

For the first 48 hours, avoid coffee, red wine, dark sauces, and smoking. Use a straw for colored drinks and keep brushing gentle. Aftercare guidance is provided at your session.

Tooth gems are recommended for individuals 18+, unless parental consent is provided.

No additional guests are allowed unless they are also booked for a service.

In-person appointments have a strict 15-minute grace period. Virtual consultations have a 5-minute grace period.
