Yes - after the first 24–48 hours. We recommend avoiding sticky or very hard foods directly on the gem, and skipping electric toothbrush pressure directly over it for the first two days.

Every set starts with a consultation and a precise dental impression (in-studio or via our mail-in mold kit). Your mold is used to hand-craft your grillz in your chosen metal and finish, followed by polishing, stone setting if selected, and a final quality inspection before pickup or insured shipping.

Most sets are completed within 2–4 weeks after your mold is received, depending on complexity, metal choice, and stone work. Rush options may be available - ask during your consultation.

Life happens! You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment and your deposit transfers with you. Reschedules within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the deposit.

Clean your grillz after each wear with a soft brush and gentle soap, store them in the case provided, and avoid sleeping or eating with them in. We include a full care guide with every set.
